Again, grateful for Scribbr, just offering a glitch fix and some constructive feedback. If and when functionality becomes more directly streamlined and efficient, I will raise my rating to a 4 or 5. My network is always secure, and an option to stay logged in for at least 48 hours would be a huge bonus as well. Every time I use this service for citations, I end up wishing it kept me logged in much longer than it does. It's another hoop to jump through, to now have to paste in the URL, but I still appreciate the free service. This used to not be the case after logging in, going to the main Scribbr page, and clicking the citation generator page, it would go to all my saved lists automatically. There is no way to escape this, but once I found the main page (via my history in Chrome), with all of my lists present in the citation generator, I saved the U R L. The current glitch is when I sign in via Google, which is easiest by selecting login, selecting Google as my preference, then clicking on the Scribbr logo, then citation generator, it goes directly to the last list I was in. I do go in and edit as needed, since the initial citation generated does not always do everything, such as changing certain words in titles of articles to lowercase. I'm disabled, so the citation generator for free is an absolute lifesaver, and I do appreciate it. I've been disappointed a few times by new ways of functioning on this website, and I'm here to report the current glitch with a fix. The team was very receptive to input, so if you have a glitch or notice something that could make things better, I highly recommend emailing customer service.□□ □□ I'll continue to use the citation generator and other services at Scribbr for years to come. It makes it so much easier to access current and past class reference lists! Every second counts when writing so many papers, lol. There is now a citation generator list button/icon at the top left in Chrome Mobile (Android/Samsung). So happy to say the glitch described here is fixed, and Jelle was amazing with communicating between myself and the citation generator coding team. Very responsive, great communication & a fix w/ a citation generator page glitch ![]()
